Women Ideas Center

Women Ideas Center (WIC) was born in response to a solution that counteracts the violations of economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights in vulnerable groups, with a special focus on reducing the economic-labor gender gap and mental health crisis that has deepened in consequence of the health contingency due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

WIC provides a set of professional services for individuals and diverse public and private organizations, to build, consolidate and transform a professional career and safe work environments for young women and/or migrants and members of the LGBTIQ community.

The main idea is accompanied by step-by-step methodologies based on gender equity, inclusion, and diversity for professional development and entrepreneurship with specialists at an international level, that will focus on the support of the variety of stakeholders from the main focused countries: Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
